About Andrew
I am a business strategist, educator, and consultant focused on helping organizations and institutions design effective leadership, learning, and growth strategies. My work sits at the intersection of business practice and academic rigor, allowing me to bring both practical insight and research-driven perspective to every engagement.
Before entering higher education full time, I built experience in business and organizational environments that shaped how I approach leadership, management, and strategy today. That practitioner background continues to inform my consulting work, grounding theory in the realities leaders and organizations face every day.
I hold a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Business Analytics, with expertise in using data, evidence, and structured decision-making to improve organizational outcomes. As a business professor, I teach and design courses in leadership, management, and organizational behavior, working closely with students and professionals who are actively navigating complex workplace challenges. In addition to teaching, I serve in program leadership roles, where I have led the development, launch, and growth of academic and professional programs—experience that directly translates to organizational program design and strategy work.
Through consulting, I partner with organizations, startups, and institutions to deliver leadership and management workshops, support corporate learning and development initiatives, and advise on program development and strategic growth. Across all of this work, my focus is consistent: building leaders, designing systems that scale, and helping organizations turn insight into action.
